There are no pre-requisites required for this class. 

Certification

Binder 102 Emulsion/Cutback Specialists are required to re-certify every three years.

Requirements

Technicians should have at least 6 months of experience in Emulsion/Cutback testing and be knowledgeable in AASHTO and ASTM Standards.
